TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped along with tracking information. You can track your shipment using the tracking number and carrier link that is provided in your shipping confirmation message.

WHERE DO WE SHIP?

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States plus the District of Columbia. We can not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPOs at this time. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. We reserve the right to cancel all orders shipping internationally.

WHERE CAN I FIND FRIO FRAGRANCES IN STORE?

Our perfumes are sold in local boutiques around Leakey and Concan, Texas. Check our Store Locator page for a list of retail locations.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We only accept returns for defective or damaged products. Personal taste in fragrance is very subjective, therefore we are unable to accept returns for our products solely based on a dislike of the scent. We suggesting starting with a sample of the scent before purchasing a full size bottle.

If your product arrived defective or damaged, we will happily exchange it for a new one. Please email info@projectfragrance.com to inform us of the problem. Although we might be busy preparing orders, we promise to get back to you as soon as possible.  

WHAT INGREDIENTS DO YOU USE IN YOUR PERFUMES?

We use both natural ingredients and (safe) synthetic ingredients to ensure high quality and lasting impressions. We are dedicated to making sure the ingredients used in our fragrances are sustainably sourced, and that our fragrances are IFRA compliant. Our fragrances are free of phthalates and parabens.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY PERFUME?

To ensure the longevity of your fragrance, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Avoid exposing the bottle to extreme temperature changes.

HOW DO I APPLY MY PERFUME?

• Apply to Pulse Points: Focus on areas like your wrists, behind your ears, and the base of your throat where the skin is warmest, which helps to diffuse the fragrance.

• Do Not Rub: After spraying, avoid rubbing your wrists together or any other area where you've applied the perfume to prevent altering the scent.

• Apply to Moisturized Skin: Perfume adheres better to well-hydrated skin. Use a fragrance-free moisturizer before applying your perfume for longer-lasting wear.

• Lightly Spray Hair and Clothing: For a lingering scent, lightly mist your hair or clothing, but be cautious to avoid stains or dryness.

Tip: Depending on the fragrance and its ingredients, you might need to reapply. This is normal as different ingredients have different levels of longevity.

POSSIBLE PRODUCT ISSUES

It is possible, though uncommon, for some people to have an allergic reaction to certain essential oils contained in fragrances. As with all beauty products, we recommend applying a small amount inside of the elbow to test it out before applying.
