WHERE DO WE SHIP?

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, D.C. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally at this time.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Due to the personal nature of fragrance, we do not accept returns for dislike of the scent. We encourage you to purchase our Discovery Set to try a sample size before committing to a full bottle.

If your order arrives defective or damaged, we’re happy to send a replacement. Please email us at info@projectfragrance.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll take care of it as quickly as possible.

 

WHAT INGREDIENTS DO YOU USE IN YOUR PERFUMES?

Our fragrances are made with a blend of high-quality natural and safe synthetic ingredients, ensuring both sustainability and longevity. We are committed to using ethically sourced raw materials and follow IFRA (International Fragrance Association) safety standards.

All Frio Fragrances are free of phthalates and parabens.

 

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY PERFUME?

To ensure the longevity of your fragrance, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Avoid exposing the bottle to extreme temperature changes.

 

HOW DO I APPLY MY PERFUME?

• Apply to Pulse Points: Focus on areas like your wrists, behind your ears, and the base of your throat where the skin is warmest, which helps to diffuse the fragrance.

• Do Not Rub: After spraying, avoid rubbing your wrists together or any other area where you've applied the perfume to prevent altering the scent.

• Apply to Moisturized Skin: Perfume adheres better to well-hydrated skin. Use a fragrance-free moisturizer before applying your perfume for longer-lasting wear.

• Lightly Spray Hair and Clothing: For a lingering scent, lightly mist your hair or clothing (but avoid delicate fabrics).

Pro Tip: Depending on the fragrance and its ingredients, you might need to reapply. This is normal as different ingredients have different levels of longevity.

 

POSSIBLE PRODUCT ISSUES

While rare, some individuals may experience sensitivity to certain fragrance ingredients. We recommend performing a patch test—apply a small amount inside your elbow and wait 24 hours before full application.
