Shipping
Orders are processed within 5-7 business days and shipped via FedEx or UPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. At this time, we only ship within the contiguous U.S. and do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Frio Fragrances is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personal nature of fragrance, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference. We highly recommend purchasing a Discovery Set to experience our scents before committing to a full-size bottle.
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us at info@projectfragrance.com within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and original shipping box. This is required to process a replacement or file a claim with the carrier. We are unable to offer replacements or refunds without proper documentation.
